Structural features and uses

The opening and closing parts of the knife gate valve are the gate plates, and the moving direction of the gate plates is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The knife gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled. The knife gate valve adopts a sandwich-integrated structure with a small size. Light weight: the fully open channel can prevent the medium from depositing in the valve. The replaceable sealing structure solves the problem of difficult maintenance of the knife gate. At the same time, the valve body material has been newly developed from the original steel material to ductile iron material, which has better corrosion resistance and effectively extends the service life.
